Mission:  Outdoor Classroom Design creates spaces and places dedicated to education, designed to inspire learners and support teaching.

We take a museum style approach with installations that demonstrate ideas and facilitate activities in art, science, history, environmental education and more.  Involving students, teachers and families in the process, our projects build community, establish identity and reinforce support for neighborhood schools.  The resulting outdoor classrooms offer opportunities for teachers to extend their lessons, students to share with their families and community members to lead investigations of their own.

Vision:  School grounds and open spaces offer opportunities to extend the excitement of education into the community:   to challenge the mind, pique curiosity and reinforce school curriculum.  Outdoor Classroom Design envisions school grounds and public parks built to teach, inspiring students and communities to be lifelong learners.
